Place du Pin and Rue Bonaparte, lined with numerous bars and restaurants, are only 150m away for a vibrant atmosphere. Access to the charming Old Nice is 800m away, and you'll enjoy direct access by car to the 'basse et moyenne corniche,' which leads towards Monaco and Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Welcome to my 53m² apartment on the 3rd floor without an elevator in Nice. It can comfortably accommodate four people with its bright living room, two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ideally located minutes from the tram and bus stops, you can enjoy a charming stay in Nice!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 53m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine and a microwave. The apartment has reversible air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second features a bunk bed with a lower double bed. Please note that the upper bed is not to be used; only the double beds are available for sleeping arrangements. Both beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Please note that additional linen for the upper bunk bed can be provided upon request before the guest's arrival, for an extra charge of €20, which will be added to the cleaning fee. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay! For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! The port of Nice is 400m away Castle Hill, overlooking the Promenade des Anglais, 700m away Place du Pin and Rue Bonaparte, with their many bars and restaurants, are 150m away. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Port Lympia. The location is perfect — just 6–7 minutes from the key pick-up point, very close to public transport (train, tram, and bus), and about 15–20
