This apartment is located on Chemin du Château d'Eau, in Marcq-en-Barœul. It is on the first floor of a recent, secure building. It features three balconies (two off the living room and one off the bedroom) and a parking space. You will be about ten minutes from the "Buisson" tram stop. Shops are nearby. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with dining area, lounge area, and two balconies - Separate equipped kitchen - One bedroom with double bed and balcony (the window has a roller shutter) - Bathroom with bathtub and sink - Separate toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional housekeeping service + laundry service for linens. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. The following entertainment options are available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
Toegang
You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in is possible. You can pick up and drop off keys at any time, even if the host is not present. The "Buisson" tram stop is just over a ten-minute walk from the apartment. The Place Tiers bus station is a five-minute walk away. V'Lille station is 600 meters away (Buisson station). You can use the Ilévia app to get around Lille. A secure underground parking space is included with every reservation.
