This apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Marcq-en-Baroeul, near Jean Baptiste Ducrocq (less than 5 minutes walk from the Croisé Laroche tram stop). It is on the ground floor of a small secure building. The accommodation is very functional, bright and even has a small courtyard for sunny days. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening directly onto a large living room with kitchen area and lounge - separate WC - A first bedroom on the courtyard side with double bed - A second bedroom on the street side also with double bed - A bathroom (located between the two bedrooms, each bedroom having its own access to this bathroom) with bathtub, sink and washing machine - A small courtyard at the back The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Croisé Laroche” tram station is less than 5 minutes away on foot. The bus stop of the same name is in the same location, less than 5 minutes' walk away. V'Lille station 500 meters away (Clemenceau Hippodrome station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Parking possible on the street with disc (blue zone).
