Tastefully decorated, this lovely 30m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, which offer multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. There is also a working desk and some storage for your belongings. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as an electric hob and a sink. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
