Welcome to my apartment! Step into the heart of the home, where the living room offers a vibrant mix of modern and vintage decor. Settle into the plush blue sofa or patterned armchairs and lose yourself in a book from the built-in bookshelf, or unwind with your favorite show on the TV. The kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring wooden countertops and modern white cabinetry. Prepare meals with ease using the stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and enjoy them in the cozy dining area with wooden chairs. Afterwards, take advantage of the washer for convenience during your stay. Retreat to any of the three double bedrooms, each offering a serene space with comfortable beds and warm decor. A dedicated workspace with a desk and reading lamp is perfect for catching up on work or planning your Madrid adventures. The apartment boasts two complete bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and ample storage for all your toiletries. The apartment features 3 portable air conditioning units for enhanced comfort during the warmer months. Note: This apartment is for short-term rental only. It is not available for tourist stays. To complete your booking, you must sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide the reason for your stay. After booking, you will receive the agreement to sign. Without your signature, the booking will be cancelled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this property is in person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in is available upon request). You will receive contact information from our agent and further check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, after completing our arrival form. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please note that check-in after 10:00 PM may incur an extra charge. We provide basic amenities for the first few days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dishwashing supplies, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens during your stay, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide them for an additional fee. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence of a violation of this policy (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), We reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Extra keys: subject to availability; in case of loss, a penalty will be applied based on the cost of the copy.
