We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a private home, so we ask that you take care of it as if it were your own.
Overige informatie
Self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the full right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of €80.

Alles was perfect, het appartement was erg schoon en nieuw. De ligging is onverslaanbaar als je naar een concert in het Metropolitano-stadion gaat.
