Welcome to my studio! This charming 33 m² studio in Madrid offers the perfect stay for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience in the city. The studio includes a cozy sofa and a double bed, dressed with quality linens for your comfort. There is a smart TV for your entertainment, along with a dining table for shared meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware. For added convenience, the studio also features a washing machine and ironing equipment to cover your laundry needs. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for the first days, providing everything needed for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. PLEASE NOTE: THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE FIFTH FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental only – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is required to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed contract, the booking will be canceled without refund.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
