Welcome to my studio! This cosy studio in Madrid is ideal for couples. Located on the fourth floor. Please note, there is a lift in the building that goes up to the third floor, then you will have to take the stairs to the fourth floor. The open plan layout of this studio encourages an airy and cosy atmosphere. The living room has a sofa, a TV and a comfortable double bed, including bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery. In addition, there is a dining table to comfortably enjoy meals. For added convenience, the studio is equipped with a washing machine (not dryer included) and ironing equipment. The full bathroom has fresh towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Enjoy your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home! Please, take notes, there is a lift in the building, but only till the third floor, then you will need to take the stairs till the 4th (where flat is located)

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
