The apartment is intended for medium-term stays and is ideal for guests traveling to Madrid for work, academic, medical or other temporary reasons, as well as for families looking for practical and well-connected accommodation. The space offers a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The layout is open and welcoming, with the sleeping area, dining area and kitchen integrated into a single space, providing both comfort and a sense of openness. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware, allowing for an independent and comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and fully equipped. An iron and ironing board are also provided to meet all your needs. The apartment features an interior window that provides natural light throughout the day. It is furnished with modern furniture, wooden floors and carefully selected décor, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The area is perfectly connected by metro, buses and commuter trains, making it easy to reach universities, hospitals, workplaces and any part of the city. To complete the reservation, it is mandatory to sign a temporary rental contract and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After confirming your booking, you will receive a contract to sign. Self check-in with smart lock. You must have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once guest registration is complete. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Dit is een perfecte studio-kast aan de Gran Via, maar weg van het lawaai. Zeer goede voorzieningen en de elektronische sloten en het toegangssysteem waren gemakkelijk te bedienen.
