Welcome to my apartment! It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 59m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a convertible sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting, and it has access to a balcony. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. There are two bedrooms; one contains a double bed and the other a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a washbasin, a large mirror, a bathtub, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. The toilet is separate, and a washing machine is also available if you wish to do laundry. The apartment includes a private and enclosed garage, making parking convenient. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please turn off the heating when leaving the apartment and do not keep the window open with the heating on. Please note that this is a calm residence and hence no parties, loud music after 22H is allowed. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

Me and my friends stayed in this beautiful apartment for 3 months during our study’s and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the apartment, neighborhood and the host! I would definitely stay here again
