Please note that due to the location of this unit, some sound from the main ventilation system may be present during your stay. Please note that no compensation will be provided, as this is advertised. Additionally, for safety reasons, the windows in this unit cannot be opened. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). do read the description carefully on the basement flat. Also to add there seems to be no way to shut the skylight so that adds to the difficulty experienced from the throbbing noise of the tank/fan t
