Just a 10-minute drive from the airport, this cosy cottage was renovated in March 2017 and features charming farm-style décor. Set on an 18th-century estate, the cottage is completely independent from the main house, offering privacy and comfort. Guests have access to the farm grounds, which include fruit trees, a henhouse, a vegetable garden, and a lovely fire pit, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group. Outside, you can access the farm with fruit, a henhouse, a vegetable garden and a nice pit fire. The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. This lovely home features two comfortable bedrooms: the first has a double bed and the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a great night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
