This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities with a limit of €80 will apply. For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a rubbish bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Paid street parking available.
