In the heart of Old Lille, this apartment can accommodate up to three people, with parking included. It's ideally located close to shops and Lille attractions! You're just 12 minutes from the Grand-Place and Rihour metro station. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner.

We live in the building and will be available. This flat is suitable for all responsible travellers, please be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 8pm. If this suits you and you don't mind, welcome! The apartment is located on the second floor of a secure residence with an elevator. The parking space is located in the building's private parking lot. Please note: the lift is an old, atypical lift, typical of old buildings in Flanders. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment comprises a large entrance hall with walk-in closet, a bright living room with sofa bed, an office area in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with central island and high chairs. There's a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. A cot and high chair are available, as well as a washing machine with drying rack. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV. The neighborhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs.

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence. Rihour metro station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Flandres train station is less than 20 min away on foot, Lille Europe station is a 25-minute walk away, Bateliers bus station is a 1-minute walk away (line 9, line 50 to Gares).
