This apartment is located in the heart of Lille, rue de Jemmapes. It is on the fifth floor with elevator of a quiet and secure building. The accommodation is very functional, bright and even has a balcony offering a lovely view of the rooftops of Lille and the Citadel Park. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

Attention for people with reduced mobility: the elevator stops on the fourth floor and it is then necessary to take a staircase to access the apartment door. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto the equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as the living room & dining room area - Separate WC directly on the right upon entering - A bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with bath-shower, double sink and washing machine - Courtyard side balcony The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens.
