Welcome to my 50m² apartment on the 1st floor in Levallois-Perret. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with a living room, a bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay while staying connected to Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 50 m² apartment on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location that combines the charm and quiet of the suburbs with easy access to Central Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining table seats up to two people, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that construction is currently underway in the building. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
