This modern studio of around 25 m² is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and ease. The bright open-plan space brings together a cosy sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, a dining table, a dedicated workspace and a smart TV. The bathroom is designed for accessibility, and its ground-floor location means there are no stairs to worry about. Please note that the window faces directly onto the street, so some street noise may be noticeable. With hot and cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi and all the essentials, it's a practical and welcoming choice for both short and longer stays.

Check-in is fully self-service, with smart lock for both the building and your apartment, so you can arrive whenever suits you, with no need to wait for keys. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Self check-in with smart lock via code. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form and paid the local tax. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
