On the main floor, guests can unwind in the open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a high-definition TV, and a pool table. A convenient powder room completes the space, while a charming garden offers outdoor tranquility. The first floor beckons with a comfortable living room, a plush sofa, a generously sized TV screen, and access to a balcony with comfortable seating areas offering stunning sea views. Adjacent, an inviting dining room boasts a spacious table for six, ideal for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials for culinary creations, including a stove, oven, microwave, and necessary cookware and utensils. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. Located on the second floor, the four bedrooms offer privacy and ample space for the whole family. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
