Welcome! This charming 170m2 3-bedroom house in Funchal is the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing holiday. Please note that the property has an exterior security camera pointing towards the gates to ensure our guests' added safety and peace of mind, as well as a motion sensor inside the house. The house features an open floor plan, with the living room offering a large and comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup, as well as a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with stunning views. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a balcony, while the third bedroom offers two single beds for additional guests. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The flat was super equipped, very clean and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly, even the key box was uncomplicated. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the accommodation!
