The space features floor-to-ceiling windows, providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a UK queen-size bed, and the second and third have UK double beds. The bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Geweldig modern appartement. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Leuke pub en restaurant aan de overkant van de straat. Mooie omgeving om te joggen. Vriendelijke mensen in de buurt.
