The living room is comfortably furnished with a couch, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing on the lounge chairs while enjoying views of the sea and Ain Dubai. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the king beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. You'll be treated to breathtaking sea views from every room, including the bedroom and living room. There's also a maid’s room with a comfortable couch bed. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
