An expansive window fills the room with natural sunlight, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, where you can savour the fresh air. Please note that there is ongoing construction visible from the balcony and in the surrounding area. Construction activity operates 24 hours a day and may affect the view and generate noticeable noise at times. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils to whip up delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and coffee machine for your morning brew. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for your convenience, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
