Welcome to my apartment! Located on the 24th floor by elevator, this lovely 89m² apartment is in a high-rise building and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. You can also enjoy the multiple facilities provided in the building: a health club with sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and gym, a children's play area and a prayer room. The parking is also available. Please note that there is a large construction site in the area, which is causing significant noise. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!
