Surrounded by lush greenery and tall palms, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The bright, stylish dining and kitchen area is designed for comfort and convenience. The dining room features a rustic wood table with seating for six, set under a unique chandelier that adds character to the space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a double oven and island seating, perfect for casual meals or entertaining. The first two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, creating a spacious retreat for couples. The third bedroom includes two single beds, while the fourth offers a single bed. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfort, featuring hotel-quality linens and ample storage to ensure a restful and convenient stay for all. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The villa is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Great home from home Villa. Great for Families with children. Comfortable beds and all the amenities you’d want in a house for 4 weeks. Large TV and comfy sofa. Great location. Any issues we encounter
