Relax with your favourite shows on the smart TV or step out onto the private balcony and enjoy a peaceful outdoor space, perfect for morning coffee or an evening unwind. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. A washer is also available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that the swimming pool and gym are currently unavailable. Enjoy your stay! No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Super responsive team. Area is fine but shame no pool or gym. WellFit is close by though. All in all, great.
