Twenty-five minutes drive to Dubai Airport, 10 Minutes Drive to Dubai Marina, and 15 Minutes to Dubai Mall. Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, and Bluewaters Island are all within walking distance, while Sobha Realty station is just a 10-minute walk away. From there, guests can easily access the Dubai Metro or Tram to reach attractions like the Burj Khalifa, DXB Airport, or Ibn Battuta Bus Station, which is 15 minutes away by metro or 10 minutes by car for trips to Abu Dhabi. The nearby Dubai Marina Mall offers convenient shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Welcome! This lovely 36m2 studio is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift. Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa bed for extra guests, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Step outside and relax on the balcony with seating furniture perfect for the lake views. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
