The Studio is a well-designed room with a king-size bed which act as the main focal point of the studio, and is lined with high-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It is bathed in natural sunlight and is equipped with a widescreen SMART TV with built-in streaming services, so you can enjoy your favourite shows as you relax. The bedroom has hotel-quality linens and stylish decor, perfect for guests who want to be pampered just like in a hotel. The room also has armchairs for you to relax in. The dining and kitchen amenities include a fully-equipped corner kitchen, perfect for light cooking and hearty breakfasts. It is a great space for cooking and dining at the same time and contains a small dining table for four. The bathroom is small and well-ventilated, with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
