It’s got everything you need for a chill, budget-friendly stay with just a touch of comfort. You’ll have a king-sized bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra space. We provide fresh towels, clean linens, and make sure the place is tidy before you arrive. The kitchen has all the basics if you feel like cooking something simple. Daily cleaning is also available on request for a small extra fee. Just a heads up: Dubai’s a industries city that is always growing, so a bit of construction noise here and there is normal and should be expected.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
