Welcome to my home! This modern and stylish 41m2 studio in the heart of Dubai offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Thoughtfully designed with contemporary décor, the space features a cosy king-sized bed, a comfortable lounge area with a couch, and a sleek coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light, leading to a private balcony with stunning city views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The pool is out of order at the moment. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
