Welcome to my home! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to many of Dubai's top attractions! Designed with an open living and dining area, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The bedroom contains a King bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. This property comes with a shared swimming pool and an indoor health club. For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Note: The pool is currently closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, we have not been given a timeline for its completion so that it will remain closed indefinitely. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
