The apartment building is in an excellent location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area. You could also head to the Dubai Marina mall, only <10> minutes on foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a <10> minute walk from the home. The Dubai Marina walk, a <10> minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants. At the same time, the palm tree-lined boardwalk connects the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.

Welcome to our home! Located on the 21st floor, this apartment is situated in a great location and is just a short walk from top attractions like The Dubai Marina Walk. The living room is bright and airy, with a beautiful view and a lot of sunlight. The space has a comfortable couch and a TV to enjoy your favourite Netflix shows. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. You may even grab your morning coffee on the balcony whenever you wish. The two bedrooms have a king-size bed and a queen-sized bed, respectively. The beds will have hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The contemporary bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Note: There is currently some construction during the day around the building. Therefore, we apologise for any possible noise. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
