Welcome to my 83m² apartment on the 2nd floor in Chessy. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, with 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a 14 m² balcony. Ideally located steps from the RER A station, you can enjoy a quiet stay while staying connected to Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum stay of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 83 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. There is also a balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (2 queen-size 160x190 and 1 double 140x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a towel dryer, and a toilet. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience. A second toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
