In our accommodation, we use a Roomonitor device that alerts us if the noise level exceeds the allowed limit or if cigarette smoke is detected, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests and the neighbors. Please note that parties and smoking inside the property are prohibited. This 72 m² apartment offers a bright and welcoming space for your stay. The spacious living/dining room can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave) also includes a dining area for more than 4 people, ideal for enjoying your meals. A closet in the kitchen contains a washing machine for added convenience. The modern bathroom, with a large shower and vanity unit, provides a relaxing moment. The toilets are separate for extra comfort. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, each with comfortable 140x200 beds.
