The property is located on the ground floor, offering the convenience of complimentary parking on the street for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. Additionally, you'll find a private garden with six tables, providing the ideal setting for alfresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the property comes with a washer, iron equipment, and a dishwasher to ensure hassle-free mealtimes. In addition to the standard amenities, guests will find yoga mats, pillows, and blocks for two people, as well as a portable air conditioning unit stored in the cupboard. There's also a surfboard available in the house. Outside, guests can enjoy a shared tropical swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation. The apartment also offers picturesque views of the 4th tee box of the Aroeira 2 Challenge Course. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

It's simple, but absolutely sufficient. You're usually somewhere else anyway. The functionality is there, everything worked. Except for the green carpet in the garden instead of grass or high-quality
