Welcome! This charming apartment, decorated to provide well-being and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Caniço and its surroundings. Ideal for couples or families, this accommodation features a spacious living and dining area, equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table with six chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing all your daily meals. It features an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge-freezer, as well as full crockery and utensils for your everyday convenience. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available. The apartment has two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and heater for your comfort. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds to ensure peaceful nights. In the first bedroom it is possible to split the bed into two single beds. The second bedroom also has direct access to the balcony. The bed comes with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The apartment has two full private bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and one with a bathtub. The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and personal hygiene products for your convenience. Guests also benefit from one private, covered parking space, available in the underground garage. This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
