Welcome! This cosy and modern apartment with a balcony is the ideal starting point to explore the island of Madeira and enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Perfect for families, this space features a bright living room with an adjacent dining area. The living room is equipped with a comfortable grey sofa bed, ideal for relaxing and watching the flat-screen TV after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic utensils, crockery and a coffee machine, the kitchen has a microwave, oven, hob and other essential equipment to make your daily life easier. At the end of the kitchen, you will also find a practical laundry area with a washing machine. The balcony is conveniently accessible from the living room. This outdoor space is furnished with a table and two chairs, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the open views over the green hills. The apartment has two harmoniously decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom is a spacious and bright suite, equipped with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has been specially designed for children, featuring a charming house-shaped bed, a play area with an activity mat and some children's books. There is a second full bathroom with a modern shower base, toilet and washbasin, ensuring convenience for all guests. For your complete comfort, the accommodation includes access to a fantastic shared rooftop pool with sun loungers and panoramic views over the surrounding landscape. Additionally, you will have access to a private parking space in the residential garage. Please note that in all sleeping areas, despite the presence of curtains and blinds in the bedrooms, light does filter through in the early morning hours, which may be uncomfortable for those sensitive to light. This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy with a limit of €80 will be applied. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Free parking available.

Dit was een geweldige plek op een geweldige locatie. Het inchecken verliep vlot en snel. De communicatie was uitstekend. Het enige minpuntje was dat de parkeerplaats erg klein was en onze auto er niet
