Located not far from the quays of Bordeaux, you can stroll to take advantage of the lively streets and the many antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many restaurants which abound on the sidewalks. Very pleasant and typical district of Bordeaux!

It is located near many top attractions such as Quais de Bordeaux and Muséum de Bordeaux, and just steps away from the Paul Doumer tram stop, so guests will be able to explore all that the city has to offer with ease.

Welcome to my home! This 39m² apartment is charming and easily accessible by public transport from both the train station and the airport. As you step through the door, you’ll enter a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (140x190). The dining space offers a table that seats up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric stove). The bedroom boasts a king-size bed (180x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel linens. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate. The street where the apartment is located is only accessible by car between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Outside of these hours, parking is available at the Cité Mondiale parking lot, located just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Please note that this is a paid parking facility and not included in your booking. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the communal areas. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between stays. Enjoy your stay in this small, cosy apartment, and don't forget to read the welcome booklet and announce your arrival by message to the Whatsapp number provided in the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). No commercial activity, no outside person. We reserve the right to come and check that the instruction is respected. If the internal regulations are not respected, this will result in an immediate end of the rental without refund. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
