The ground floor, entirely private for your stay, includes the garden, pool, terrace, gate, and parking. The upper floor has a separate entrance, ensuring complete privacy. 🔹 Interior 3 bedrooms + a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The living room is large and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker), and the dining area is perfect for gathering. A game/fitness room with mini foosball, darts, and fitness equipment provides entertainment in any season. 🔹 Comfort all year Reversible air conditioning (cool in summer, warm in winter) plus heating. Bed linen and towels provided. 🔹 Outdoors Private pool, sunny terrace, and small garden with no overlooking — perfect for relaxing or admiring sunsets.
