Stylishly designed with great attention to detail, the space exudes warmth and sophistication, making you feel right at home when you arrive. Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift, the apartment offers a bright and airy living area featuring a large, plush sofa and a TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Step out onto the private balcony furnished with a table and chairs and enjoy a peaceful moment in the fresh air, whether it’s a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, from a stove and oven to a microwave and essential cookware. For added convenience, a dishwasher takes care of the cleanup, and there's also a washer, ironing board, and iron to cover your laundry needs. The apartment features three cosy bedrooms: one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with single bed with a pullout bed underneath. Each room is fitted with complimentary quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two modern bathrooms offer everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
