Central & Simple This cosy apartment is right in the heart of Barcelona, just a short walk from top spots like La Pedrera–Casa Milà. With simple furnishings this apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 with a queen bed in one room, and a single bed in the other. You'll find inside a kitchen with the basics for home cooking, fresh towels and bed linens. There’s also a an iron. Just a heads up: it’s on the 4th floor (5th by US count) with no elevator, so be ready for a bit of a climb. A special phone app is also needed to access the home so some technological knowledge is necessary. We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,90€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights) Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Very good, well located, 20 minutes from the campsite on foot, the only problem was the lack of soap holders in the bathroom, otherwise perfect.
