Poblenou is one of Barcelona's most liveable neighbourhoods: a former industrial district now full of design studios, independent cafés, tree-lined ramblas, and some of the city's best casual dining. The beach is a short walk away — Bogatell, Mar Bella, and Nova Mar Bella are all within easy reach, and noticeably calmer than Barceloneta. Everyday essentials are close by, with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and local markets a few minutes on foot. For getting around, Selva de Mar (L4) is about five minutes' walk, with the T4 tram and several bus lines nearby, putting the city centre, Sagrada Família, and the Gothic Quarter within a quick, direct ride. The Parc del Fòrum and Diagonal Mar shopping centre are also just around the corner.

A light-filled 8th-floor apartment in Barcelona's Poblenou district, offering open skyline views, a private balcony, and access to a communal garden and swimming pool. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a dedicated utility room, it's designed for comfortable longer stays — close enough to walk to the beach, well connected enough to reach the city centre in minutes.

The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, with warm wooden floors and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, and views across the Poblenou rooftops toward the hills beyond. There are two bedrooms — one double and one single — plus a bathroom with bathtub and shower. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and everything you need for a longer stay. Heating, air conditioning, WiFi, and a Smart TV are all included. The apartment is part of a residential complex with a communal garden and swimming pool.
Toegang
Check-in is in person, so we can hand over the keys, show you around the apartment, and answer any questions on arrival. Guests then have full, private access to the entire apartment, plus use of the building's communal garden and swimming pool. The building has two street entrances and a lift serving the apartment floor. Full arrival instructions are shared before check-in.
Interacties
We meet you in person at check-in to hand over the keys and get you settled. After that, we're available by message throughout your stay if you need recommendations, help with anything in the apartment, or practical local advice.
Overige informatie
Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
