With its strategic location, rich cultural heritage, and a wide range of amenities, our apartment offers a fantastic base for your Barcelona adventure. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a food lover, or simply looking for a memorable city experience, this neighborhood is a wonderful choice for a satisfying and enjoyable stay. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and a dining table for 4 guests. The property has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy Barcelona’s wonderful weather while having your coffee or a glass of wine — whichever you prefer. The fully equipped kitchen provides essential utensils and cookware to prepare anything you need. There are two bedrooms, each with the added charm of a French balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a full-size bed. All beds come with linens. Additionally, there is a third room that has been set up as a workspace; it has a desk, perfect for travelers and digital nomads working from home. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
