The open-plan layout creates a seamless connection with the dining area, where a compact bar table and stools provide a cozy setting for meals. The space also features a modern kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing delicious meals. A bright sunroom offers an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee in a peaceful setting. The apartment includes cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, stylish headboards, and soft textures to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Een heel ruim huis, precies zoals op de foto’s te zien is, met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een paar dagen. Het strand ligt heel dichtbij en het is een erg rustige buurt.
