This modern and bright studio, decorated with a functional design to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Porto and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features an open-plan layout. The living area is equipped with an elegant mustard velvet sofa and a round dining table, making it the perfect space to relax and socialise. The large windows flood the entire room with fantastic natural light. The sofa converts into a bed for one extra guest. The compact and refined kitchenette is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, coffee machine, built-in microwave, induction hob and other practical appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life. The sleeping area, subtly separated from the living room by an elegant white slatted panel, provides a serene environment to rest. It is equipped with an inviting double bed, television and an open industrial-style wardrobe to store your belongings in a perfectly organised manner. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This property has automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
