This property is offered exclusively under a French Mobility Lease ("Bail Mobilité") for a temporary stay of 1 to 10 months, in accordance with French law. This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason. The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
