This beautifully presented Highgate home offers the perfect blend of classic London character and relaxed contemporary comfort, set within one of North London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Bright, welcoming and full of personality, it provides a peaceful retreat with generous outdoor space while remaining well connected to central London. The property comfortably accommodates up to three guests across two bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, all arranged on one floor for ease and convenience. The principal bedroom features a king sized bed and a private shower with vanity area. The second bedroom offers a single bed and benefits from an en suite bathroom with shower over bath. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet in the entrance hall for further practicality. Inside, the home feels warm and inviting, with natural light pouring through large windows and a beautiful conservatory-style dining area just off the kitchen. There are two dining spaces: one within the living room for cosy winter evenings, and another in the bright conservatory setting, which is particularly lovely in warmer weather. This flexible layout is ideal for both casual meals and relaxed entertaining. The living room combines timeless elegance with comfort, featuring decorative cornicing, layered textiles and a small electric fireplace for ambience. Terracotta tiles, rich wood flooring and carefully curated artwork add depth and artistic warmth throughout. A particularly special touch is the creative influence woven into the home - the owner’s father was a film poster artist, and subtle nods to his work can be found in the artwork and books throughout the flat, giving the space a unique and personal character. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, granite-style worktops and shaker-style cabinetry, designed for practical everyday living. Outside, a magical private garden oasis awaits, offering sweeping views of the London skyline that become especially magical after dusk. This rare and tranquil outdoor space is perfect for peaceful mornings, evening drinks or simply enjoying the calm atmosphere of Highgate. **Disclaimer: Important Safety Notice: The property includes a garden pond and therefore may not be suitable for young children. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
