It can comfortably accommodate four people with its two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the RER, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs while staying connected to Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 67m², located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location in an animated neighbourhood close to RER B and is the ideal starting point for exploring the Parisian region. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The entrance opens onto a bright living area featuring a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, cooking plate, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (King – 180 x200 and Queen - 160 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available, allowing you to settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. You will also find a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separate. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Grote accommodatie, dicht bij het RER B-station Bagneux, erg handig om naar Parijs te reizen, maar helaas ook erg lawaaierig door het verkeer (storend als je wilt slapen). De kookplaat werkte niet. Er
