Things to be aware of (reflected in the price): • The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. This can be an opportunity for guests to disconnect from technology, relax, and enjoy the surrounding area without distraction. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a functional set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.
