Welcome to this 38 m² flat with a unique character, situated on the 9th floor with lift access. As soon as you step inside, you’ll find a bright space where modern design meets old-world charm, accentuated by beautiful whitewashed exposed beams. The lounge area features a deep sofa and a large television, ideal for relaxing. For meals, the dining area has a cosy table that seats up to four people. The semi-open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to cook just like at home. The real highlight of this accommodation is its private terrace. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s the perfect peaceful spot to relax in the sunshine. You’ll enjoy complete privacy here in the evenings and at weekends. The bedroom offers a cosy, authentic atmosphere with its exposed brick wall. The double bed (140x200) is carefully made up with hotel-quality bed linen to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. Built-in cupboards make it easy to organise your belongings. The bathroom is spacious and functional, featuring a bath, a large mirror and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. For your safety, the flat is equipped with a smoke detector and is professionally cleaned between guests. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
