Welcome to this beautiful 70 m² apartment, designed to offer you a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming stay just outside Paris. Completely renovated in a warm and contemporary style, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and is an ideal base for enjoying the capital while staying in a tranquil environment. Bright and inviting, the apartment is centered around a lovely living room opening onto a charming balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. The living room is equipped with a television and two sofa beds (one person each). The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need: oven, AirFryer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and much more. For sleeping, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the apartment. For your comfort, you'll benefit from a high-speed fiber optic connection, secure private parking (a real plus in the Paris region), and everything you need for a relaxing stay: bed linens, towels, storage, and essential toiletries. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the apartment is within easy reach of public transportation, allowing you to get to Paris quickly and easily. No parties Smoking-free accommodation Keys can be collected independently from a store located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Cleaning is included in the price; please respect the apartment and its amenities :) There is currently some work in the area and in front of the building which may cause noise pollution. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
